Terms & Conditions

By engaging in business with Vaible Herbal, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Information

All product specifications, technical data sheets, and sample results provided are based on internal quality testing and are intended for informational purposes. Final product performance may vary based on formulation and end use.

2. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are subject to change without prior notice based on market fluctuations and raw material availability.
• Orders will be processed only after written confirmation via email or purchase order.
• Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) may apply based on the product type.

3. Payments

• Payment terms are mutually agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
• Delayed payments may incur interest or lead to suspension of further deliveries.
• Accepted payment modes: Bank transfer, UPI, NEFT, RTGS, or as specified in invoice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, logistics partners, and force majeure.
• Freight charges, insurance, and applicable taxes (GST or export duties) are to be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Returns & Claims

• No returns are accepted without prior written consent.
• Claims related to quality, quantity, or damage must be reported within 7 days of receipt with supporting evidence.

6. Certifications & Compliance

Vaible Herbal ensures compliance with applicable regulatory standards including GMP, ISO, FSSAI, HALAL, KOSHER, and GLP. Certification copies are shared upon request with purchase.

7. Intellectual Property

All product names, logos, and brand materials associated with Vaible Herbal are the intellectual property of the company and cannot be used without written permission.

8. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India only.
