Senior Sales Executive – B2B Herbal & Ingredients Division

🔹 Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive B2B sales for our herbal extracts, essential oils, carrier oils, and cosmetic ingredients. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new clients, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets across domestic and international markets.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage B2B sales pipelines for herbal ingredients
  • Generate new leads and close bulk deals through cold calls, email, exhibitions & follow-ups
  • Handle client queries, product documentation, and price negotiations
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and distributors
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

🔹 Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of sales experience in herbal, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or cosmetic raw materials
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of ingredients, COA/MSDS/TDS, and export documentation is a plus
  • Ability to manage domestic and export clients
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharma, or Business preferred.
